The Problem

When Noto came to Hypergrowthiq, they had two problems:

  • They were trying to sell their Services to an extremely small audience.
  • They’d had poor experiences with other SEO agencies.

Noto is an approximately 15,000-square-foot nightlife, music, and entertainment venue. Their services are built to create a premier experience for the Houston market. NOTO isn’t your average night club. It’s a meticulously designed entertainment venue and event management service that elevates every occasion. Likewise, a fusion of high-end aesthetics, expertly curated entertainment, and seamless event management.

They’re great — but, as you can probably guess, very expensive.

When we first met with Noto, they told us that they were looking for clients whose income started with a “$$$.”

Their other issue was that they worked with other agencies before. They promised them that they’d do optimization tweaks, or other “magic” fixes that would lead to big results.

This made them cautious of signing a contract with us.

The Strategy

Our first step was finding the appropriate keywords for Noto. We decided to target three separate groups of keywords:

  • Direct buyers
  • Entertainment seekers
  • Private Functions Organizers 

 

Direct buyers would be focused on keywords like “NOTO Nightclub,” “Private Event Club,” and “Dance clubs in houston.”

Entertainment seekers would be focused on more specific keywords, like “Bachelor party,” “Parties in Houston,” and “Concerts in Houston Tonight.”

Finally, Private Functions Organizers would be looking for keywords focused on protecting their clients, like “Wedding at NOTO,” “Best birthday places in Houston,” and “Bar and Bat Mitzvah celebrations.”

 

We then took these keywords, examined the search behavior behind them, and wrote website and blog copy to target the search intent behind the people using them.

 

We spent six months writing 25 posts for Noto. We also rewrote all of their main landing pages. Three months in, we began a campaign to build backlinks to our content as well.
